Mark Cross offers a 14-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage leather goods and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all authenticity cards and tags are included before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
